She also made sure I really loved my toner swatch before we got started so that I didn't have to settle for something I might not end up liking. It turned out amazing!

Her expertise and attention to detail made the whole experience truly luxurious—I left with my skin glowing and feeling refreshed. She will go far in her career! Added update (2 weeks later): Another amazing experience this evening with Sean! What a great spa experience! His attention to detail was wonderful! The front desk staff, Ella and McKenzie, were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Their warm welcome and professionalism set the tone for my visit, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. This was my first time Highlighting my hair. I was a little nervous, but Ava made me comfortable. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. My hair turned out wonderful and I am so happy with it. I will definitely go back to Ava and have this done again. I have I don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago.
