New driveway & parking - I am very pleased about their services and professionalism, this is the second time I work with them directly. My first job with them was a backyard patio and sidewalk, this time is a new driveway and parking. They took care of all necessary modifications to my existing deck and stairs, and in addition moved a tree (and now it lives well), added drains pipes, and installed a basketball hoop. The owners were involved very much during the job and their crews were very professional and kind. I am very happy about their services and would recommend to anyone who needs a concrete pouring job.

We had Avante replace our double-wide brushed concrete driveway/walkway/front steps, and were very pleased with their work - the crews were great, and the finished project looked fantastic. A few months after installation, though, we noticed rust spots appearing in many places -- it turned out that their supplier had provided concrete mix that contained too much iron ore. Avante's supplier committed to fixing the problem, and tried drilling out the rust spots, patching, and sealing. After trying for over three years, the number of rust spots were reduced, but the driveway was now mottled with patches and poorly applied sealant. At that point the supplier said they'd done enough and considered the issue resolved. As you can guess, we didn't agree! We contacted the president of Avante to let him know their supplier had not resolved the problem as promised. He came to our house to see for himself, agreed that the driveway was a mess, and said that Avante would reinstall a new driveway, which is now done, and hopefully the concrete mix is without iron ore this time! We get many folks stopping as they walk by our place to comment on how great our driveway looks. I'm sure most concrete companies will do an installation that looks good, but we think the best way to judge a company is by how they handle it when things go wrong. Avante totally stood behind their work - even when the issue was with their supplier, not their own actual work.

Avante did your front concrete stairs and landing at the front door. I’m really chuffed with their work. It’s been over 2 years now, and it still looks great. They had clear communication, the work orders were updated, the owner had great suggestions to our ideas, and pointed out improvements to our concept designs.
