Ordering a bin is not reliable depending on your location, but they do tell you it's a first come first serve. There's absolutely ZERO planning and preparation on their part, they will call you when you least expect it when it's on your front lawn, after 2 weeks of no communication. It cones off as ignorance to the needs of the PAYING customer, ignorance of the moving parts involved with demolition like permits and equipment rental (expensive, needs to be booked). A simple phone call, as a courtesy first thing in the morning, would save their reputation. They refunded me no problem, I'll give them that, but they need to work on customer service. If they had any care of what clients thought they would have replied with some sort of apology to these bad reviews, mine as an attestation to that.

Called in July for a bin. None available until September 1. Lady on the phone said if they had one earlier they would call. No calls, Sept 3rd I call them. Was told no way would anyone tell me I could have a bin on the 1st. But I was scheduled for a bin the next week. Called again on the 7th, was told bin was scheduled for delivery that evening. Was not delivered. Now Thursday evening, still no bin, no call, no nothing. Worst bin company I've ever dealt with. If you don't have a bin just say so, don't lie and make up stuff about when it will be delivered. Would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Don't use this company, not worth the hassle and from reading other reviews it seems it's not the first time.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was flying home for week to empty my 86 year Mother’s house, before we can move her into an apartment and needed a disposal bin. Spoke with them well in advance of my trip, provided a deposit, and was assured the bin would be there for Monday 30 Aug. I even had a nice chat with lady who took the order, she sympathized with the difficulty in caring for elderly family while living away. I phoned them from my Mom’s Monday morning “we can’t deliver the bin this morning as two drivers called in sick. It’s very possible it will be there in the afternoon”. No bin Monday. Tuesday morning “we’re short drivers, but we’ll have the bin there this afternoon”. 1400 Tuesday, no bin. Another call, now I’m very frustrated and make that clear. I’d like the owner/manager to call me. I’d like them to expedite this work order, I’m running out of time. Wednesday, no bin. Final call “we’re very sorry but we can’t fulfill this order. I plead with them, but sadly it’s clear my 86 year old Mother and I have been “flushed”. Finally I ask if they know a competitor who they (or I)could call. “Try looking on the internet” was the young woman whom I’d been dealing with reply. I was told (or course) that the pleasant, compassionate woman I spoke with 3 weeks earlier no longer works there. The owner didn’t even have the dignity or courage to phone me personally. This company lacks, among many other things, morality and ethics. After some frantic phone calls Kildare Construction came to my rescue and dropped a disposable bin off just hours after I got in touch with them. I’m forever grateful. Stay clear of Label Construction.
