Recently moved in and so far everything has been great! The touring, application, and move-in process were all so incredibly easy - so much smoother than the typical NYC experience we are used to. Becky and Ryan have been amazing from day one: warm, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They’ve made the entire experience feel effortless and have continued to be just as responsive and accommodating as we’ve gotten settled. The buildings are beautiful and well maintained. The location is great because it’s a lively area but our apartment still feels quiet and comfortable, which has been the best of both worlds. The doormen/women have also been very kind and welcoming, which we’ve really appreciated. We’re really happy with our decision and excited to be living here!

We cannot say enough about the whole team at Avalon at Bowery. We have been residents several years and have moved within the building more than once. Chris and Jerry are amazing and always so helpful as we move. They have made moving within the building seamless and have been so helpful with all the details. There has never been a time when our apartment requests have not been managed in a timely and professional manner. The building is so clean and always being maintained! Becky in the leasing office is truly wonderful. She has helped our family so much with all the logistics related to moving. She and the whole team at Avalon has made this such a wonderful place to live. We cannot thank Becky enough for all her help. Her attention to detail has kept us moving forward with very little stress! We’ve continued to renew our lease through the years due to the professionalism and kindness shown by the whole team.
