Had to purchase a battery for my vehicle and a gentleman by the name of Gregory answered the phone, helped me with all the information I needed. Then when I got to the store, he waited on me and even checked to make sure my battery was indeed the problem, then installed my new one. Very knowledgeable, funny, helpful, and most importantly, polite. Will definitely return as long as they have guys like him working there.

After leaving a bad review and then them contacting me we relize that the review was for advanced auto. They were so helpful that they offered to replace the breaks pads from their competitor for free.. Thank you store manager, and the district manager..

Absolutely unacceptable ordered $284.59 in parts said they’d be here at 10 in the morning I get here. The lady says oh they’re not here yet. It’s 2:30 in the afternoon. She doesn’t wanna deal with it. Somebody else comes up goes and looks find out the parts are there, but not all of them the brake pads I ordered now I have to wait another amount of time for the brakes when I’m supposed to be getting it all done right at this moment they suck I do not recommend them at all

Myself and 4 other people were waiting in line. 1 person on counter. 4 employees having a grand time talking and laughing. 2 customers left. I told them I had a 2018 Chevy silverado amd needed wipers. He pulled it up and said they were 30 dollars. I asked about the 22 dollar ones and I was told that I know the expensive ones will fit bit the cheaper ones might not have the needed adapter. Did not want to be bothered to check if they did or not. They did. Very disappointed. I I did not.know better I would have bought the expensive ones not knowing I did not have to. Shame on them
