If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Heather and John are the absolute best. Showed up with THE flattest tire and without question said they could help. ⭐ 10 stars if I could! Huge thanks to Chris and John at Lake Country Auto for their outstanding help and service. We had a sudden tire blowout on Highway 97 around 4:30 PM last week and, unfortunately, got no support from Roadside Assistance. That’s when Chris came to our rescue. He answered our call, offered much-needed reassurance, and told us they’d wait for us—even though they were closing. We arrived just after hours, and both Chris and John were ready, tools in hand, going above and beyond to help us. Our tire was badly damaged, and without hesitation, they provided us with a replacement of the same size free of charge so we could safely make it back to Vancouver. These are truly honest people with integrity. Their charges were extremely reasonable—no hidden fees or upselling. Just genuine kindness and professionalism. Thank you again, Chris and John, for getting us home safe. We’d recommend Lake Country Auto to anyone in the area—and we’d give them 10 stars if we could!

Thank you so much for your help! I went to the gas station next to their shop to put air in my tires because the low tire pressure warning had been on for a day. While I was checking the tires, I noticed that one of the valve caps was worn out. I figured that might be the reason for the low pressure. From the gas station, I saw their sign and decided to stop by to see if they had an extra cap. The gentleman at the front desk kindly gave me one and took the time to explain how the tire pressure warning system works. I usually feel nervous going to mechanics because I don’t always understand what they’re explaining, or sometimes they’re not very friendly. But this time was different—he was very friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I highly recommend this shop! If the tire pressure warning comes back, I’ll definitely go see him again.
