becky brownTook my car in in good faith after using the garage on a couple of occasions before. Was advised the steering issue I had asked to be checked hadn't even been looked at, received the bill for £400 for other works needed, fine, but I wasn't consulted on this cost either prior to the works going ahead, therefore the decision to go elsewhere for another quote was taken out of my hands. I have since been advised the labour costs seemed a bit steep for the works done and time it would have taken and in hindsight should have contested this. Really disappointing and did not feel comfortable taking it back to them after being handed the car back with steering issue.
