Customer service is top tier! 10/10. On my last visit, Antony assist and let me tell you.. for this to be a repair shop, the customer service is unmatched!!! They explains everything in details, show you pictures of what’s going on, answers questions thoroughly and effectively. This was my second visit and this is where I will be taking my vehicle whenever I need something done. I definitely recommend this place, Not only service is amazing, The interior is super clean, you feel comfy while you wait, They also have coffee available. I just love this place. And their prices is reasonable, I love the fact that they give five year warranty as well!!! 100/10’. I promise you, you would not be disappointed!

I am a regular customer at Auto Pros. Max, Jon and Luis(the mechanic) are the best people in this shop. Luis is honest and expert mechanic. The staff will treat you better and meet your car needs. I still highly recommend this shop. Price is fair too. 👍👍👍

I called to ask if they had any openings for an oil change. They said come right in. 2.25 hours later I see my car sitting on the front lot again. I wait 15 minutes because i figure the service counter guy and manager are busy. Nothing. I approach the front desk. They are chatting in the back. “How can I help you?” Says the service guy. Ummmm I need my car back? I heard pretty good things about this place but the customer service was severely lacking when I came in. Service guy didn’t seem very professional and was super scatter brained. I doubt I’ll be back. Price was good. $60 for synthetic. But it comes to 69 after tax and undisclosed fees.
