Totally amazing experience with The Body Treatment: Pink Lotus Ritual. Michelle was especially kind and attentive, great at communicating what was going to happen. The aromas and sensations (the weighted blanket and being wrapped in a cocoon was my favorite), were all just fantastic. 👌✨

the person who did my hair did not have much experience. I wish this place hires more professional people. The service that provides does not worth the price that they charge.

I had my hair completly butchered by the hairstylist Lisa this morning. I realized how bad it was when I went back to my vehicle. I came back and asked her why she was thinking and told her she completly messed it up. I grew it out from a pixie and need the back trimmed because it looked like a mullet. She cut the sides and I told her right away that I didn't want the side touched (which we went over in the consultation as well) I am also a hairdresser so I know the right things to say and ask for. She also did a poor job in general. It look butchered around my ear and I found a ton of long hairs. When I confronted her she was super defensive. Did not apologize and told me she didn't need to start her day off like this. I had to go to another stylist and get a pixie cut again in order to fix it. I had to litterally ask for my money back and she was pretty rude about it all. Not impressed and I do not recommend at all.

Terrible customer service and unskilled manicurists. In town to support my daughter as she just had a baby and decide to treat her to a mani/pedi. We went on a Saturday at 1pm. I had a gel manicure which I was told would last for at least 2 weeks. The next morning when I woke up 2 of the nail were already chipping. I called right away and they offered to fix them but I couldn't make it in as I was only in town for a couple more days and didn't have time. I asked for a refund or gift card and the person told me that she would speak to the manager and let me know that day. I received no return phone call so called again the next day. By now almost all my nails had chipped and some were cracked off. I had to call back again the next day and then all I got were excuses as to why and they proceeded to try to blame me saying they didn't know what procedures I'd had in the past as if this should matter at this point. Again I was told they would call me back the same day and 3 days later they called to say there was nothing they could do. Absolute waste of time and money not only did they do a poor job but my nails that were perfectly fine before the procedure were now ruined. Don't waste your money. Overpriced and unprofessional. Left photo is 3 days after showing chipped polish and cracked nail. Photo on the right is how my nails looked prior with shellac manicure that was less then half the price and still looked great after 2 weeks until I went to Aura and they butchered them.
