We recently enjoyed a month long trip to Australia with the help of Audley specialist Julia Criscuolo. Julia did a wonderful job of working with us to understand the kind of travel we enjoy, then designing a draft of an itinerary that we worked on together to fine tune. Transportation, transfers, accommodations, tours and a generous amount of free time to explore on our own, or simply relax in beautiful surroundings - all was thought out and scheduled months ahead of the trip. And it all played out seamlessly! I highly recommend Julia to anyone considering a trip to Australia and/or New Zealand. She was a pleasure to work with!

Audley Travel is a most splendid service, to say the least. We booked a three week trip to New Zealand and worked with an Audley Travel employee...Anthony (who lives and works in Boston). He is so very kind and assisted us in so many ways. He helped us set up our trip itinerary, giving us various choices for determining our itinerary each day (according to our preferences). He set up all of our reservations. It worked out very well and the hotels and all the settings were first class. There aren't adequate words that can describe our appreciation. My husband and I just returned from an Audley designed trip to Dubai, Vietnam and Cambodia……a trip I had been dreaming about for a long time….and our Audley specialist, Alex Starzynski, made that dream a reality beyond our expections! Our initial phone call with Alex was so thorough, he asked all the right questions and then took that information and really personalized an itinerary that reflected our interests and travel style. From the hotels to the excursions to our personal guides, this trip was seamless and exciting, fun and informative, busy and relaxing and overall perfect! Wouldn’t change a thing! My wife and I wanted to originally make a trip to Japan back in 2012 for our honeymoon. Due to finances, timing, and other factors (such as not finding a travel agent that fit our needs) we just ended up never going. Now, I am not one to travel often domestically let alone have I ever put something together to travel overseas as an adult. So, this was going to be extremely challenging. From day one, Audley has been absolutely amazing to work with!! My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping us make this trip possible! They saved us so much time, stress, and anxiety. For the pricing and what they have to offer, it is absolutely 100% WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY SPENT. Specifically, I want to thank our planner - Mackenzie McNeill. You were an absolute pleasure to work with! Very professional and on top of every excursion detail. She accommodated pretty much everything my wife and I wanted to see or do while in Japan. Again, as someone who doesn't travel often and finds planning daunting/challenging, Audley made everything simple and easy.
