This lovely Inn is located outside of the busy city center in a nice quiet area across from a golf course, (that said, you will have to drive 10-15 min to find a restaurant). You will pass by a gas station and a bakery about 2 min from the Inn. We arrived at approx. 3:30 pm to find a nice gentleman in the kitchen area where I was greeted and shown to our Room 6. Because we were celebrating our 10th anniversary, a nice surprise awaited us where we were upgraded to a superior suite with a fireplace and a beautiful upgraded bathroom. The gorgeous room contained a king bed, beautiful antique furniture, a writing desk, an antique phone on the wall (that actually worked), 2 wing chairs facing a tv that had many stations and a large fridge. The bathroom was bright and clean with many amenities including clean white fluffy towels. ||The Inn was built in the late 1990's in a Victorian Style. There are 19 suites but it was very quiet and the guests that were there were very respectful making it a nice quiet stay. The free wifi worked well. Parking is free as well and just outside your room. ||Complimentary breakfast was served in a lovely main floor kitchen with many tables spaced out nicely for privacy. A beautiful display of fresh fruits, pastries, boiled eggs, cereal, toast, coffee and tea awaited you in the morning. ||This venue is very clean and the proprietors are friendly.

We were very impressed with Wild Rose Inn - it’s exactly as shown on the website: clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits (my favorite!). We also enjoyed watching the chickens and spending time in the beautiful, spacious green yard. The retro decor is charming. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the night light in the washroom and the extra clothing hooks in the bathroom, most places don’t have those! It was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for making it so pleasant.

This was a lovely country inn. The rooms were comfortable, and suited our needs very well. We had the family suite which had two bedrooms so we could use one as a sitting room. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. The walking trail at the back of the property was lovely and peaceful. We liked the location being out of town and therefore much more peaceful, but not that far for convenience sake. We would definitely stay at this end again

Fantastic Inn, beautifully appointed in a peaceful setting. They have shuttle service to airport. Plus they offer a few evening meals but you need to order a little ahead. The meals we had there were delicious. The owners are so helpful, friendly and nice!
