I booked my stay through Hotels.com and accidentally booked it for the night before my actual arrival. It was my error and I recognized it when I received my confirmation email. I tried calling the hotel to correct the issue but they didn't answer the phone. I called over 5 times and sent them an email through Hotels.com' s portal that they also didn't respond to. I engaged Hotels.com' s customer service team in my efforts as well and they couldn't get through either. When I finally got through to the hotel I explained my issue and attempted to get them to move the reservation back one night but they refused. They also refused to refund me at all due to the time window being less than 48 hours of arrival even though I booked my stay less than 24 hours before my arrival. Hotels.com attempted to get a refund as well but they were denied too.

Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate. I pulled back the pillowcase and found BED BUGS crawling inside it. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, I watched roaches scatter across the bathroom floor like they owned the place. I ended up paying the extra money to stay at Hilton in Devens and couldn’t get a refund for my stay at Nashoba Valley… Filthy, nasty, and a complete health hazard. This hotel should be shut down and I will be contacting the Board of Health.

Found bed bugs in the bed unfortunately. One of the lamp shades somehow had bird droppings on it, maybe it had been stored outside? Room had a strong mildew smell. Staff member at the front desk spoke very little english with great difficulty. The bathroom seemed clean at least.

Absolutely do not stay here, I was in my room and a stranger just walked in with a key given to him by the front desk. They double booked my room, shut my key off, I got locked outside room and then I had a stranger walk in on me. Im a grown man and I scared the guy more than he scared me but if I was a woman or I had kids with me as a woman this situation could have been so bad. Im trained in security, the guy that walked in came within inches of being hurt. So think about that and how unsafe it is for anyone to stay here. They could very easily double book your room, and the software clearly allowed it and didn't red flag it when it was happening so that means it WILL happen again and again and again. So take my advice, stay in your car at Walmart if you have to because it is safer than here. Never in my 56 years have I ever experienced this, a total stranger just walking into my room as I was literally pulling my pants off, relaxing, trying to deflate from the reason I have to be here and boom, a total stranger walking into my room with me milliseconds away from making a potentially life changing move that would absolutely injure one if not both of us. Goddammit, I cant think of a worse situation for someone staying here to be in. Noone is here on vacation, my god.
