Turned up at 8.30 with a flat tyre. Kellon managed to fit me in to their obviously busy schedule, both front tyres changed, advised on further works required and back on the road ready to go by 9.30. Fantastic service. I’ll definitely be back for my next service and any other works required. Top job Kellon!

Have used Formula One Ashford on several occasions for tyres. Always friendly, efficient and good value. Latest visits both accommodated at short notice and completed speedily. Would highly recommend and will use again when required.

Booked in for 10am (arrived 0940) and at 1030 chased for a update as no activity. Eventually had tyres fitted about 2 hours after arrived. Work done well and good value comparatively and to be fair eventually apologetic even giving me a bottle of wine (it was Xmas eve). I booked a time slot for a reason. Earlier engagement with me would have helped.

I wouldn't give this centre any stars, but i had to otherwise couldn't post my anger. I certainly would not recommend any one take there vehicle for any service they offer. Firstly I ordered 2 tyres online, on the day I got a phone call to say the tyre fitter is not in today so they will have to change the appointment to the next day. Ok so I agreed,I arrived 15 minutes before the 1330hrs slot. They eventually came to me and said have I got the security wheel nut,I said its in the glove box or boot if I have one.The fitter didn't even look to see if my wheels had locking nuts.I thought that's a good start.😟. Well next thing they call me into workshop to say looking at the tyre wear,it suggests the tracking was out and they would need to adjust at a cost of £60 plus pounds. I wasnt happy but regretfully agreed. After I had been there for approx 2 and a 1/2hrs they eventually took my car and parked in parking spot across from the depot.Then informed me they could not do tracking as was ceased.Thus I wouldn't have to pay what they asked. However after driving the car for the weekend I knew something wasnt right because my car kept veering to the centre of the road which it had not done before. I could not bring myself to bother wasting my time returning to the garage after the terrible service I received.So I took my car to another garage and they found the tracking was all over the place and repaired it for me at a cost off £56.00.I was delighted that I found a garage that would do what needed But annoyed because whatever formula one had done to my car it cost me further which should not have happened had they done what they would have done. By the way the tracking was not ceased up at all.so formula one I hope people read this and steer very clear of you. A very angry first time user of formula one centres.
