Atlas Plumbing not only met but exceeded my expectations. Our hot water tank ruptured on a Saturday. I called Home Depot for installers and was told Atlas is their preferred contractor. I can see why. They were there first thing Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon I had hot water again. You decided to do away with the archaic hot water tank and went with a tankless water heater. Their employees were professional, friendly, and very helpful with making our decision. I had a few quotes from other plumbing companies, but Atlas was honest about the job costs. I’m so happy which I chose to use Atlas Plumbing, and they will be our plumbers for future needs. Bye bye dinosaur!

Atlas Plumping came highly recommended and their plumbing tech, Justin lived up to my expectations. First, I appreciated him arriving on time. He installed toilet; a touchless motion sense faucet; sink; garbage disposal; and added a TMP drain line, which was not on the original to do list in approximately 3 hrs and this includes the time he had to go and purchase the part(s) for TMP line. I also appreciated that he wore booties: leaving my.home neat and clean. He checked for leaks and answered ALL my questions as well. Lastly, I asked him if Atlas could install my Enagic water unit. He will investigate installing my Enagic and let me know. This was a very positive experience. Thanks a million Justin!!

Atlas was able to accommodate us really quickly, so that right there was a huge plus. Our plumber, Glenn, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained things to us that we are not familiar with, educating us enough to understand why we were having these problems. We will definitely be using Atlas for our other plumbing issues.

All the negative reviews are due to this company being overpriced and nontransparent. My experience is consistent with this, and I do not recommend. I specifically had Glenn (a supervisor at the company) come to my home, which contributed to the negative experience. Response to owner's Reply: I was a customer, the service was just in my wife's name. We were serviced in June 2024. At the time, they offered the original diagnostic fees would go towards my final price of fixing our leak. Only after fixing the leak, they did not apply what I already paid for diagnostic. They argued that it was due to them having to come out on separate days. Even though they were the ones who recommended to come out on a separate day because demolition had to provide them a better access point. I called the office at the time and was denied what was originally promised. If the company is now willing to refund me the diagnostic amount, please adjust your response, and I will reach out to the office again and delete this review.
