Unprofessional. Meaning of going there is to get your tense muscles knots and muscles you have pulled loosend up and cracked. But they have u sign about 3 papers with information that is a breach of privacy to them and has nothing to do with what you are there for. After all they take advantage and do more by trying to make stuff up that's worse than what you would think so they can get u to keep coming back and back and back. I paid for a massage and a full body crack But they do a simple back and neck crack or whatever is needed for not even 10 mins and then ... Boom money in the air . And problem still exists
