I was in a pickle, as I'd bought a shower valve trim set but forgotten to order the 'rough-in box' AKA the actual valve! - and our plumber was on site! Paul at Atlas in Stretford came to my rescue, finding me one at an hour's notice. Top, top service (and it looks like a lovely showroom).

We recently went to Atlas to get everything for a bathroom and ensuite. They have been brilliant. Lovely showroom and a really good range of stock from affordable to top range. Lisa spent ages helping us to choose products and design the layout. Ordering was really straightforward and delivery prompt, and they went above and beyond to replace a product for us. Would recommend.

Absolutely appalling service. We received a quote from them on several items for our bathroom. When wanting to pay for the quote, they gave us a higher price all of a sudden. We went through all the items again and they had to re-write the quote 3 times because of items they had wrongly inserted on the quotes (wrong codes, prices, discounts, the lot). Eventually we paid the full amount and when it came to delivering the items, half of the items did not match the quote. We had to go back into store to get it corrected and have the items returned and reordered, another one of their many mistakes. One of the items we ordered by mistake so we wanted to return it still boxed, not opened. On top of all the errors they made, they charged us 20% of the price of the items to restock it. How can you justify a charge of 20% of an item to put it back on the shelf is beyond me. Please, do not order from this company. They are not professional in any way and if you are not right on the ball with all the items you want with their professional codes behind it, they make a right mess out of the whole order. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them in the future.

It a long time since I have come across a company with such good customer service. Went above and beyond to help me, with very short notice when another company had let me down. Every person I spoke to on the phone were so so helpful, including the delivery guy. Wish I had used them from the start, highly recommend.
