After over a decade of denial it was time to try out Robert as a coach and build a muscular foundation after 25 years of running. This week it will be 20 hours that I spent doing the same 18 exercises in a place most would call a sweat shop. Honestly I am still preferring a 32 km trail run in the wilderness than going to the gym, but my running pace increased as well so hitting two birds with a stone! Highly recommended and you can't complain about the calm atmosphere since it's all about getting the work done! Pricing has been more than reasonable if you make it three times a week. Don't stop 🛑 won't stop 🛑

One of the things I appreciate most is that it’s never too packed—there’s always space to train comfortably, no waiting in long lines for machines. The equipment is excellent and well-maintained, which really helps me stay motivated and consistent.
