I don't normally go out of my way to do this, but enough is enough. I don't shop here very often, but every time I do it's like this, and when I've brought these issues to someone's attention they do nothing about it. Most recently on Oct. 1 at 830am, every aisle of the dry grocery department was cluttered with trip hazard stock just left on the floor, piles of debris visible under the shelves, and the shelf walls were a mess with no tidying. I mentioned to an employee that there were safety concerns in the aisles and nearly 40 minutes later they were still there. Superstore wasn't like this a year ago. Expensive, yes, but dirty, untidy, and unsafe? Never.

As of today I will no longer shop at this store. As a chain store they could provide more jobs for people instead of cutting hours. By not having cashiers to scan your groceries management is pushing shoppers to the use self check outs. Do you really think that our seniors should have to scan their own groceries ???Not only is it expensive, but today while the cashier was scanning my groceries she was answering the phone. TO MANAGEMENT do you have any idea how RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL that is to a customer???? The owners of this store is ruining it's reputation oh no it's reputation is already ruined due to the greed of The Company!!

Superstore is our go to grocery market! We always find what we need for the prices we want! One reason why I took one star off was because of the one guy that works as a cashier and he literally throws your items at you after ringing them in! His customer service skills need some work. I'm sure once anybody sees this and knows where I'm talking about, they will know who I'm talking about!

Can you give zero Stars? I've been in this store last week and one of the employees stunk so bad that aisle was too hard to go down. That bad. They don't care. Today we were lined up 8 deep for 45 minutes. Two cash registers open. A lot of people were trying to get everybody to drop their stuff leave it in the cart and walk out and go to Sobeys. I'm done with this place. I even asked to put another person on the check out and they said we're short staffed. Pay money and you won't be short-staffed. Why do I have to suffer? Sobey's for me from now on. I wish we all could have walked out and left our stuff in the carts to go bad. Three or four of us were willing but others had to have the food and just shook their heads with disgust. People with 2 items had to wait 45 minutes . So sad?!!!!!!
