RJ's is the best kept secret in Atlanta. Don't go anywhere else. I mean it! Compare if you dare. Although my car was totaled and the insurance company offered me a measly payoff, I wanted to keep it, so I bought it back. I first went to the big shops for quotes and they all wanted top dollar. I thought I had made a mistake by keeping it. Then, I was told about RJ's. Now, I can't rave enough about them -- their willingness to SERVE me with respect, patience, and transparency. Space will not allow me to detail how thoroughly Scarlet and Jose researched every part needed to repair my vehicle. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own -- especially by shopping for the best parts and prices. I couldn't believe it when they called within days to say "We found all matching parts" -- including a nearly new radiator/condenser, head lamps, grill, bumper, etc. And within a week and three coats of pant later, I was back on the road. But the real kicker is that they helped me get my car retitled by referring me to an authorized Georgia vehicle inspector who cleared my vehicle for a new title (no more salvage title). Jeff and the team at RJ's Auto Body Plus did a wonderful job bringing my ancient (2003) Honda Pilot back from the brink. A large buck deer jumped out in front of me when I was doing about 40ish MPH and took out the front end of the car. I don't carry collision insurance on that vehicle so the team at RJ's were a blessing in my life. They brought it back looking as good if not better than before, retaining all the parts they could to keep the price as reasonable as possible. I really can't recommend them highly enough. I'm very grateful for their conscientious work.

Unfortunately, I had to file a warranty claim for a repair that occurred last year. They were very professional, handled the repair quickly, and did a great job. So far, I do not have any issues, and it looks great. They explained they had staffing issues during my original repair, and the employee who initially worked on my car is no longer with them. I appreciate their professionalism and transparency.

I drove around with a separated bumper and a taped on trim piece for a year because I was scared of the repair costs. RJ's was recommended by my computer man. They were fantastic! Amy at the front desk was a doll and super friendly. My estimate was a breeze and they had the part in no time. Today I am all fixed and can finally drive over 40 mph without being worried about my trim flying off. Plus they had reasonable pricing so I can still buy groceries and make the house payment, lol!
