I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful group of people at ATI in Bourbonnais! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very friendly, knowledgeable and actually take the time to listen to your needs. Josie, Sarah, Lindsey and everyone else that helped me- THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! -I came in after a car accident and I couldn't even sit in a regular chair, wash my dishes, fold my laundry... I was so frustrated and in pain that I had tears swelling in my eyes every day. I am now back to my normal routines! All thanks to this team! :) -If I have any other issues (knock on wood), I will most definitely come back to ATI.

I have been going to this physical therapy clinic for a long time for an injury. On September 25, 2025, while I was sitting in my car waiting for someone to cross the parking lot and enter the building, one of the staff members, named Zac, held the door open for that person. At that moment, Zac turned to me and said, “I think you don’t belong in here.” I am not sure what he meant by that. Was it because of my accent or the color of my skin? I walked in and asked him why he said that. At first, he apologized. However, when his supervisor came over to hear the conversation, Zac denied saying anything to me. I left the clinic feeling very confused, hurt, and angry because I have never experienced something like this before. I want to share my experience so that others are careful when choosing a healthcare provider, especially when it comes to physical therapy.
