In my experience I paid for a consultation expecting clear advice on my case. The lawyer (James) mentioned that a detailed review was needed and only provided general guidance on my case that was unclear. He mentioned we would go to the next step but after the meeting I did not receive any response for over a month despite my follow ups. I lost both time and the consultation fee and I did not find the service responsive. I would not recommend this firm to someone seeking accountable or timely communication
