I first discovered astro gong by booking and attending a gong/sound bath meditation class and was completely blown away! The facilitator is incredibly knowledgeable and brings a great deal of training and wisdom to the practice which cultivated a transformative space. I left completely buzzing and energetically re-set. I’ve since enjoyed a variety of yoga classes and all have been high quality and the studio its self is peaceful and inviting. My new neighborhood favorite!

I purchased the Pluto New Member trial membership in search of a studio that embodies the deeper purpose of yoga rather than the typical fitness-oriented approach. I appreciated that mainstream music wasn’t used, and I attended a Kundalini class that felt authentic and grounding. However, the overall experience was inconsistent. Some classes felt rushed, loud, and difficult to follow, and repeated requests for reviews in exchange for free classes came across as transactional rather than community-oriented. While there are moments of quality instruction, the studio has yet to cultivate the consistency and authenticity that would make it truly exceptional.

I experienced a really lovely overnight gong & sound bath restore last night. We connected, sipped on mama cacao, meditated and drifted off to sleep with tranquil sounds soothing our vessels through the entire night. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A must to experience if this is your jam! I look forward to the next one.
