This company agree to cover your claim ,then the last minute pull the plug,they ask you to order contents in respect of your loss,and change their mind once agreed. Don't return calls. Blame you for the damage!!!! Even though they've previously agreed to cover . Awful insurers,you have the choice let them handle your claim or you can yourself,we took let them handle our claim which entails you running round ordering replacements,so what's the difference here??? Absolute 💯 rubbish.

Use Assist Insurance Services Ltd at your peril. It is my personal experience that they use every conceivable ploy to reject legitimate claims. I would give them ZERO stars if possible.
