Received a phone call to arrive early if possible. I arrived 1/2 hour prior to appointment time and was seen by my appointment time. The only thing that I had an issue with was that I have dentures and they done x-rays but were unable to show me the x-rays or discuss them during the appointment. The amount for the denture repair including x-rays was $249 and the repair was completed withing the specified time. Happy with the repair but disappointed that I feel I was charged for x-rays that they were unable to view or discuss with me during the appointment. Left me questioning if they were actually done.

My experience was frustrating! I have been a patient here for over two years. The staff needs instructions on better patient care. I watched another patient be treated poorly in front of me, the way she spoke to him was degrading. I thought to myself it could have been me. Upon getting service I was left in pain from an abscess, I was told nothing could be done to help me unless I paid out pocket right then and there, not even a filling could be done. I felt pushed aside after I spent all the money I had that day. They didn’t do a thing to help me I end up going to another Dentist office where I was able to get the help I needed.

I'll admit I was surprised. It had been a while since I had dental insurance but I really missed having my teeth cleaned twice a year. I found out Aspen dental was in my network so I called and set up an appointment. When I came in I was treated so well from the front desk lady to the people that did my examination and my explanation for what I need it done and then I spoke to the finance lady and they made everything so easy and painless. I was able to get the work done on my teeth and they made sure I was able to finance the rest and monthly payments that I could afford. You can't ask for more than that!

First off it was wonderful to be among such smiling, happy employees. Everyone was smiling and interactive with a team spirit. My only issue is that the rooms are so cold. I was, however given a blanket and that helped. I also had an issue that I fell backwards after slipping off a chair that was on rollers. I fell to the floor and now have Bad pain in my back.
