I wasn’t super impressed the first time I visited this nail salon, but I gave it another try and I’m really glad I did. The second visit was much better! I got a French manicure and the nail tech was great she checked in with me about the base color, tip color, and shape, and really paid attention to what I wanted. I appreciated how involved she was. Plus, their massage chairs are actually really good!

I went in for my first Gel-X set and was pretty disappointed with the results. My thumbs came out bumpy and not smooth at all, and my middle finger ended up crooked. On top of that, they cut my toe during the appointment, which was painful and not something I expected. I paid $200 total for the service and still tipped $40, but overall the experience did not feel worth it.
