Bad experience,staff are arrogant I did the carasmooth and within one month its gone how it can be possible than i complaint to the salon they only did blow dry to my hair to that's it. I will not suggest to go there for any services.

I had a very good experience today. The foot massage, hair colour and hair cut was exact to how I wanted it to be. They were very polite, no upselling tactics, no unnecessary conversations but just focused work and quite, clean, ambience.i will be visiting again soon. Thank you ashrafs salon ! Keep up the good work and atmosphere

I was a regular customer and had visited 2 days back. They post offers on insta and then when u visit they deny. On showing them their insta pages they agreed. But the service was compromised. For instance head massage was suppose to be 30 mins but in offer they only gave 15 mins as the price was 50% less. The hair stylist was very rude not just with his colleagues but towards me as well. His colleague had asked for comb that was his and my stylist was using. He just threw it away. I had requested him not to cut hair small enough that my injury mark should be visible. But he purposely did that. There are lot other salons in galleria would prefer and advise people to visit them.

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who did my eyebrows had a strange technique of doing them where she asked me to tilt my head and that made me sceptical, but I let her do it her way. She completely ruined my eyebrows .. left them uneven and each time she said she’ll fix it she made it worse. She wasn’t polite and did not admit that it was her poor skills that ruined my face. Once I knew she’d only ruin it further I chose to leave and went to another salon to get it fixed. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.
