Ashland Property Management’s incredible staff assisted our out of state family members in locating potential rentals and offering virtual showings. They communicated well throughout the process of applying for a lease; they fairly negotiated between the property owner and ourselves for special assistance and getting questions answered, and they were on hand to help with a seamless move in! Helping a young family move out from out of state is a daunting task, but Josh and Deanna really made it a positive experience. We’re all very grateful!

As a property owner, I had a disappointing experience with Ashland Property Management. They didn’t renew the lease when it expired and switched to a month-to-month agreement without my consent. When a tenant broke the lease early, they never followed up on collections or kept me updated. Emails went unanswered and communication was nearly impossible. I wouldn’t recommend them to other owners.

My wife and I lived at APM’s Stewart Meadows property in Medford for over a year and absolutely loved it. In the time we spent living there, we got to know Martha and the rest of the crew really well; they always stayed in touch with various, comical, communications and updates! Paying rent is easy, their rental contract is straight forward and simple and renting from a local group who understands the community is unbeatable. I had been a renter for almost 15 years straight before buying our house and if I had to do it again, I’d go through APM first. You won’t find a more personal, professional and honest rental group in Southern Oregon.
