I wouldn’t purchase anything from this company. I purchased something and wanted to return the item. They tried to charge me £20 to restock the item. Not really sure why you need to pay to send something back. And I needed to pay to send the item back on my own accord. Which is not worth it at all. Also you need to email the company to ask them if you are able to send the item back, I also called up the company just to ask what the price of the restocking fee was and no one was able to tell me unless I sent an email absolutely ridiculous.

Very Poor Customer Service.. Don't seem to hold stock they are selling, and sales representatives don't seem to know what you have ordered, no invoice+ no shipping information supplied after payment.Lies and Lies about state of order.Gives the buyer a sense of 'I wish I had not ordered from them' is it a scam?!? Item eventually turned up 14 days later.(Thankfully). GET YOUR PAPERWORK RIGHT!..Supply a proper invoice at time of purchase, and if necessary tell customers you do not stock the said item,?? they are buying and there will be a delay in supplying. Pure decency.

Avoid at all costs if you’re in Scotland. They don’t deliver to most places including Glasgow (4th biggest city in the UK) staff couldn’t be less interested.

Very bad service. They charged me %25 for re-stock top up of that I paid £17 delivery charge. I am oki with delivery charges as I do not like the item . It's not a nice. But the %25 it's not fare at all. Not acceptable. The staff was very very rude . She ended the call on my face. I called many times to chase them . One time to send me the address which I should send the item back . One times asking for the manger and she did not put me through . And the last time when I sent the item back to send my money back .its take 3 weeks .and even they did not let me know that the item has been received by them. Avoid to buy from them unless you have the energy for calling them.
