They don’t deserve even zero star, the truck entrance on Minor LN, it’s a trash place just take a look at pictures and the waiting time for loading is at least 8 hours if you can find anther load just cancel picking from this distribution, the only good thing is the guard lady works at first shift.

This is my first time writing a review, and I feel compelled to do so. Everything was terrible, from the approach to the organization. I waited for loading for 7 hours for a few small pallets. Everyone was kind but slow except for the very kind security girl. The entrance was moved to the exit due to asphalt work, which was not indicated anywhere. And to top it off, when I needed to pick up my BoL, I had to wait an additional hour.. I don't even need to mention that the drivers don't even have vending machines to get something to eat and they re stuck there for hours… Avoid at all costs.

Loading is not only slow, they will NOT call or text you! But tell you to sit in your truck until you receive a text. Make sure your load is not cancelled and you do not just waste your time picking up from these people! They don’t respect truckers!

The lady at the security office was the friendliest staff member I have ever met. Loading the cargo took a very long time, and it took me nearly 5 hours in total.
