I don't like when brokers book a load, let you fill out carrier packet, and then let you wait for an hour ,saying there is a problem with a load, wait for couple minutes and we should be good to go and meanwhile booking a load with an another carrier for less .At least call me back ,or send me an email and saying Sorry the load is no longer available ,or sorry my partner covered it instead lying to me and asking me to wait.
