After 8 years of not seeing the dentist, I recently visited this dental office and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care provided. As someone who experiences significant dental anxiety and a strong phobia of needles, I was apprehensive about my appointment. However, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The staff were patient, compassionate, and highly professional. They explained each step of the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease before proceeding. During the treatment, they maintained excellent communication and provided reassurance throughout, which made a tremendous difference for me. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking exceptional dental care, particularly those who experience anxiety or fear about dental procedures.

I had a great experience at Arnprior Tooth Doctor! The dentist is incredibly friendly and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, listens attentively, and makes sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a dentist who is both skilled and compassionate!

Wish I could give zero stars!! My husband took my son in yesterday to get his 2 teeth pulled and some sealing done on a few teeth. They called me last minute and said oh can you come in an hour earlier we dropped the ball and forgot we have to be out of the office for training at the time of your son’s appointment. Thankfully we had the day off and were able to go in earlier but come on that’s unprofessional! Then the assistant to the dentist keep rushing the dentist in front of my husband and son by stating the time and saying we have to go multiple times, the dentist herself told the assistant to stop and they will be done when they are done. They asked my son if he wanted to keep his teeth that were pulled he said yes so we assumed they were in the bag they gave him to go home with, get home only to find out there were no teeth in there called and left a message no call back, so I called again the next morning and was told they will call me back shortly and let me know if they still had the teeth 330 rolls around still no call back and they are not answering the phones so I drove down and talked with the manager she said nope we don’t have the teeth they are gone in the garbage no chance of getting them back. Told her how unhappy I am and how the whole experience was unprofessional and ridiculous she barley apologized when I told her we won’t be back she didn’t seem to care at all when I addressed that to her she didn’t care either she did nothing but make pathetic excuses for everything and had the nerve to twist it at the end and blame it on us! My daughter was with me in this face to face meeting and spoke up the manager put her hand close to my daughters face and in other words told her she didn’t have the right to speak. Ridiculous! Honestly I would give your money to a company that actually cares about their clients and cares about keeping them. This dental office is such a Mickey Mouse company they are rude and unprofessional!!!

Not impressed! Firstly the teeth cleaning we received a couple weeks ago wasn’t as good or as thorough as we’ve received in Ottawa. Then yesterday I brought my son in for a tooth extraction and sealing and the assistant was in a rush to get out of there. We were asked if we wanted to keep the 2 teeth that were extracted and we said yes but they didn’t give them to us. We found out when we got home and called but no answer prior to close we left a message and they never bothered to call us back. Then my spouse went to talk to them and they passed the blame on to us for them not giving my child the two teeth that were extracted when they asked us during appointment if we wanted the teeth and my son said yes. I don’t find this a very professional dental office and other than the excellent dentist who took care of my son, it wasn’t a good experience.
