Chris and the office were great to deal with. What started out as a frustrating situation with our home warranty company ended with the OKC Plumbing Experts doing a great job and providing the solution that was needed. Based on other reviews, ask for a lot of details ahead of time if you make a warranty claim, specifically with the warranty company and non-covered costs such as permits, code upgrades, etc. These were necessary, but unexpected due to my lack of knowledge with the policy.
