My garage door was having problems with the coiled spring bar coming off the wall above the door. After I booked an appointment with Armour Overhead Doors, Grant the serviceman called a day early and can be here in the same afternoon. He dug behind the drywall and assess the problem was not enough bolting material behind the spring pad. He initiated a plan and efficiently solved the problem. Grant was friendly and easy to communicate with. Tracey, the office manager was also easy to talk to. Any inquiries I had, she pursued to solve quickly. I am satisfied with their performance and would recommend their service.

Excellent company. Family owned and operated. I called Armour and two other Kamloops companies to inquire about fixing my dbl car garage door. I explained my issue to all three. Mike at Armour suggested it sounded like a broken spring, which is exactly what it turned out to be. I sent photos and dimensions of the broken spring to all three companies and asked for a quote to repair. Armour was the only company to reply with a proper quote on a proper form. Their price was very competitive. Vince was clearly very experienced, confident and straight forward. He finished a little early and I explained my daughter next door has the same door setup and asked if he would have a quick look at her door and let me know if he saw anything that needed attention. Vince went ahead and did a quick inspection and adjusted the balance of the door, tightened the springs and gave it a quick lube. No charge. He and I talked briefly about the value of good Customer Service. Clearly he gets it. I would recommend Mike and Vince at Armour Overhead Doors without hesitation. Dean Powers Kamloops

Gave a deposit for a commercial overhead door. Continuously had no availability to complete install. Quietly closed their doors and kept my deposit. Shame on Mike Pollock.
