I have used the arlington taxi ma service for nearly three years a couple a times a month. I have found him very reliable and accomodating. He is always on time for early morning pick ups ( 5:00 or 5:30 am) and get me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I also use this service to pick up relatives at the airport ... I don't have to give a new driver instructions on who to pick up and where to go. When I fly back into Boston, the service meets me at the airport to avoid the lines at the taxi stand. On several occasions, when my flight was delayed -- the driver waited for my flight to arrive. Overall, I highly recommend this service.

I found it on-time, kid friendly and safe taxi service. The car was neat and clean as well. Driver was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this taxi service for anyone.

Called at 5:45AM to schedule a noon pickup (supposed to be downpours then, so I wanted to schedule ahead to make sure) and the dispatcher told me to call back at noon. Not helpful.

I got a cab this morning I was charged 65 dollors for a 20 minute ride I found them very expensive. I would not recommend them to anyone
