On starting a new Business I was recommended Arlington Accountants Ltd by a cousin of mine; personal recommendations based on great personal experience are always the best! I am retired now, (and have now closed my business), but I have to say, without reservation, that Andrew Gaete and his team at Arlington Accountants have been simply Fantastic and that all my experiences with them have far exceeded the Service I initially hoped I would get. Their intelligent expertise, politeness and courtesy, expediency, responsiveness, straightforwardness, and help on matters that were mostly alien to me, have been a JOY. I wish all Business were as GREAT as this one!

I would not trust this firm. Andrew was prepared to breach client trust and create a conflict of interest between clients. You are supposed to trust your accountant and sadly you cannot trust Andrew Gaete. He was supposed to claim Maternity pay for my self employed daughter which he failed to do. She changed accountants after almost a year and promptly got her maternity pay. As a firm they are not to be trusted and they are incapable of doing what they are supposed to do.

Arlington Incorporated our company for us, advised us on good business practice on startup and have now handled our first years returns seamlessly. Julie and Andrew especially have gone out of their way to arrange meetings to explain the ins and outs of our company tax and business practice. I cannot rate this bunch highly enough!

Avoid this Accountancy firm at all costs! I had the displeasure of dealing with Andrew who rarely replied to emails and every time you called to speak to him you were told that he is out of the office. They are very unclear and vague on fees. They have no formal complaints procedure in place so if you are looking for a good, reliable, dependable accountancy firm I would look elsewhere.
