Arena Interiors Pvt. Ltd., Ernakulam – A complete disappointment and a company I would strongly warn others to avoid. Despite paying a huge amount for my apartment interiors, the experience was filled with false promises, poor accountability, and zero professionalism. They have not provided any warranty details for the work done, and once money was received, communication stopped completely. They even blocked me in WhatsApp and I am moving legally against them. There is no after sales support and it is impossible to contact them. MD is unavailable every time we call them and you are left in middle of nowhere. In my opinion, this is a fraud company that misleads customers, takes their money, and disappears without fulfilling commitments. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, look for a more transparent and trustworthy service provider.
