He explained what he was finding as one thermostat had recently generated an error message code that he was able to fix. He show us where on the thermostat to locate any error messages in the future so we will be able to call Area Heating and Cooling with the message code to schedule a Service Technician to come out. We will definitely stay on schedule with our next 6-month maintenance.
