I'm happy with my new Heat Pump installation from Aquatech, so I thought I'd share some of my experience. I had the choice of 3 companies to choose from to do the installation , but I picked Aquatech even though they weren't the cheapest. And I'm glad I did! From the salesperson to the administrator and the installers, they were all professional and pleasant to deal with. I'm delighted with the installation. The installation team of Trevor, Michael and Ryan was fantastic. They were professional and well-organized. Their work is very clean, and they put away everything at the end of each day, so my house isn't a mess and I can park my car in the garage. I especially like the fact that they would consult me every time they run into an unforeseen obstacle to advise on what they would do. The job started and finished on time as planned. I also want to mention that Alanna, the administrator/coordinator, made the whole experience so much more pleasant. She is a customer advocate. I've no reservations in recommending Aquatech to anyone looking to install a heat pump system in their home. Thank you, Serge

I did research on which company to go for.I met with three companies for this project. After speaking with Quintin, I decided to go with Aquatech. They did not disappoint me. Aquatech did a great job installing dual fuel system. The whole process was smooth. The installation went really well. The staff here are very professional. Great communication. Alanna was awesome coordinating and answering questions and concerns. They helped me out with the process of getting Greener loan and the rebate. Alanna made things very easy for us. I would recommend Aquatech to anyone for quality work and products. Thank you

We just installed duel system (furnace & heat pump) with aquatech. It was a very pleasant experience from initial meeting with Jonathan for quotation he explained very thoroughly and guys who came to install were very helpful to explain what they were doing and even brought some space heaters for us to use which we didn't need it because we already have some anyway after finish the job they explained the system very well and cleaned really nice. Allana at the office helped us with applying rebate from Fortis. We are very pleased with their service. I already recommended them to my friends.

Very positive experience replacing our aging gas furnace with an all-electric Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump through Aqua-Tech. Mukhpreet and his install team were excellent. Very professional install with a clean end result—the document holder was a nice touch. We ran into a couple of issues post-install, but they were resolved quickly (thanks Yusaku!). This company stands behind their work. Alanna, the office manager, is also super friendly and organized. A great team all around!
