Amazing service, I’ve been using Apple Tree and Karly for my mortgage applications for well over a decade!! They are amazingly helpful, and always seem to pull off a miracle. I can’t understate the difference a good broker can be when facing a minefield of potential products and options, and you need to take this into consideration, yes fees are payable, but I’ve saved £Ks over the years because of her in depth knowledge of the market, far more than what’s been spent of fees. This latest application with the rise in rates we genuinely thought we’d have to downsize, that was until Karly stepped in and saved us from the upheaval of moving from our family home - I can’t recommend enough. thank you to both Karly and Grace for all your help 🥰
