As a business account, I had a frustrating experience when I dropped off my studio for repair. To continue running my business, I purchased another studio. The store transferred my data and files, assuring me that they would do the same when I returned to pick up my original studio. However, when I went to pick up my repaired item, I inadvertently forgot to transfer the data and files. Upon returning home, I contacted the store, but it took 45 minutes for someone to pick up. When they finally did they informed me that they were unable to transfer my data because they do not offer that service. Despite my previous request for data transfer on the day of drop-off, I was put on hold and told that I could drop off my item but would have to wait 24-48 hours for the data transfer to be completed due to a lack of staff. Alternatively, I could come in, re-purchase the studio I had just returned, take it home, transfer the data myself, and then return it to the store. When I inquired about visiting the store the next day to complete the data transfer, I was informed that if I did not return by the end of the day, my computer would be shipped. This experience raises serious concerns about the support and customer service provided to business accounts. It is unacceptable that a business account customer is subjected to such a frustrating and inconvenient situation.

Thank you for the fun Apple camp class today! Special shoutout to Brian, Alana and Perry for helping the kids become iMovie creators! Their enthusiasm was wonderful! What a great experience! My daughter has made three more movies at home today!

The staff was helpful even though it was really busy and super packed. An employee told me how I didn’t have to come as far as I did because I had closer stores. I didn’t understand how the appointment system worked and she helped me out and walked me through it for the next time while helping fix my issue. I would drive the distance just to go back.

"Unless you are here for the new product launch, we can't help you." That's excellent customer service from Apple Store employees when I was trying to get my daughter's iPad looked at because it stopped charging. Not everyone needs the new product the day it launches; some people want actual assistance with the current products they have. If you could spare the five people outside the store talking to each other and not assisting the people in line or me, outside of the rude comment, from the product launch, then maybe people who need assistance not related to the product launch could have been helped. Just because I wasn't buying the new product that just launched doesn't mean I am any less valuable as a customer.
