We are a label located in the US. I would NOT trust this manufacturer. They had us ship fabric and make a payment for sampling. We were supposed to receive the pieces 8 weeks ago but they have completely ghosted us since then. Update: the manufacturer reached out after seeing this review. He explained that they ran into several issues during production, which he felt weren't necessary to convey to us as the client. As for any business, timelines are extremely important. They asked for an ADDITIONAL 10 working days with complete payment. After 10 working days, I reached out to which they informed me that they had holidays there. The professional thing would've been to mention this when asking for an extension... after an additional extension was granted, they finally sent me HALF of the pictures of the order. One sample, only had 1/8 of the embroidery we had asked for to which they responded "if you move forward with production, we will provide the completed piece". I then followed up for the next two days for pictures. I didn't receive them, but I did keep getting asked for payment. I finally received a picture of 1/3 of the remaining samples, which again was done incorrectly. He then, tried to make me feel guilty about "human error" in these processes.

I have ordered some fabulous looking tops and dresses from the Grey CMT Services in bulk quantity for my own brand, thinking this might be a risk being an international order. The services and quality experience was OUTSTANDING!!! The clothes were true to size according to the given specs and the shipping was faster than non-international ground orders!! I will be giving here more orders for stitching with different cuts and designs.
