I have to say I'm so glad that I came to know these men and women at Apex. They're very respectful they have my needs and safety are there first priority. They really need to be commended and they really should be given a raise for there Stella work that they do. Domingo and Steve are just a couple of the workers that I've worked with they're always on time tired or no like I said I'm so glad I ran into these men and women.

I can’t say enough good things about Apex Medical Transportation. They transported my mother to and from two appointments, carrying her up and down three flights (42 stairs) each time — one of those times in torrential rain. The drivers were professional, friendly, and had a “can-do, happy-to-help attitude”. Their care, patience, and positivity made a stressful situation so much easier. The customer service is top notch, and they truly go above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable medical transport.

Steve and Domingo were great !! They changed my whole mood today woke up not feeling good about appointment and they came to bring me and totally changed my mood it was a great transport and they are very caring about their patients I felt totally safe and fully comfortable with them

First time ever using this company and i had a long drive to Boston from RI qith just 30 mins notice disbatch took my ride on after the other company canceled without notice i ended up getting Steven and Domingo were the gentleman who ahowed up to take me to my appointment. We put on some music and enjoywd the 1hr45min ride both ways théy were a blessing as i was full of anxiety due to the situation. People always say a comment when its bad and they want to complain very few take the time when its good t these guys were professional and polite and just fun to talk to
