If I could rate it it would be a minis 5 I have been taking my mother to apex since last fall about 8-10 visits had to do a couple of impressions , then they made a set of dentures that were too big for her mouth I say they gave her the wrong ones, then they made another impressions of her gums made a set we went In to pick up they broke them never called to reschedule then they made another set and the top ones fit but are very rough not a smooth finish and the bottom ones does not even fit on her gums they don’t even cover the back gums called to rebook and they said they can’t make another bottom set that is the way her gums are and she has to put up with it apex dental are just taking advantage of the seniors and are getting the money from the denture plan from the government it’s not fair for seniors to have to put up with it this is not the only senior that has this issue with apex not a good place to deal with

If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. Had dentures made 2 and a half years ago...went back a total of 8 times for adjustments , they NEVER EVER fit right, one would think as a professional, they would make me a new one, I wasn't going back for a 9th adjustment. I paid, rather insurance did, a rip off of $1700+...I have suffered with sores and cuts from the rubbing of an unfit/pathetic fitting denture! Buyer beware...DO NOT GO HERE! I'm very happy to say that I went somewhere else recently, Designer Dentures...had to pay out of pocket...because insurance only pays every 5 years...not only did they make a phenomenal denture, the were $200+ less than what was paid for a terrible denture from Apex! I love my dentures and my smile again! Shame on you Apex for not caring !
