I had such a fun relaxing time, I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and the staff were all very sweet. I asked for a pedicure with no polish, no shellac, no acrylic and it was only $33 (All the chairs are massage chairs)! A lot more friendly in comparison to other places, plus the overall aesthetic is so cute. It's like stepping into a cute and cozy place inside of Hamilton. I was offered Water, tea or coffee and since I wanted water, I was given a nice cold water bottle. When it comes to the actual pedicure, my technician was just spot on amazing, she took her time with me and I didn't feel like she was rushing or ignoring my requests. I didn't really want to keep my nails long and mentioned briefly how they just don't do well and chip so I like keeping them to a bare minimum length. Everything she used was clean, she even wore gloves which I personally don't mind as I'm not used to it (must be a thing here in Canada). We made lots of small talk, she was very easy going and honestly I had fun chatting with her usually I just like to lay back and relax. She encouraged me to double check her work I asked her to round my nails a little bit and if we can go shorter which she did end up doing and asked me to check again. I was very happy with the way they looked and how my heels felt after my dead skin was gone. I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough, everyone is so lovely and the vibes are just on point.

The salon is clean and the decor is nice. I came to fix two broken nails and they happily accepted my walk-in. I do recommend confirming the cost because I was quoted different prices. There is a Municipality lot in front of the salon for easy parking.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and honestly, I always leave happy. From the moment you walk in, Susan (the owner) makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She’s so sweet and always makes sure you’re not just another customer — you feel like you matter, and that makes a big difference. As a student, I also really appreciate that the prices are fair. It’s not easy finding a place that’s both affordable and still does high-quality work, but this salon checks both boxes. Katie did my nails and she is seriously amazing! She’s so talented with designs — I asked for cherry art and she totally nailed it (pun intended 😄). I keep catching myself just admiring them. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a salon that’s friendly, skilled, and doesn’t overcharge. It’s a gem!

We had an amazing experience at Olivia Nails and Spa! We called in the morning and were able to get an appointment for that afternoon. We showed pictures of what we wanted, and our nails looked beautiful. We were offered drinks, and were kept comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and lovely. We will definitely be back!
