Been a member here since the pandemic, great gym really convenient, especially with 24 hour access! Although I’m not big into classes my self, the team dose a great job mixing it up and keeping classes fresh. Great for the unmotivated, will keep you on toes at all levels. Deff recommend jumping in. Disclaimer- this gym is at its busiest at 5 am - 7am.

This place is AWESOME. Not your typical packed gym where you are bumping into people. It's super clean and the amenities are like a high end spa. Also their management is fantastic. I have been a member 2 years and had a personal issue where I had to step away for a few months and the owner Brian was very flexible. This place is worth every penny and has top of the line equipment. 5 stars!

Late post but worthy to mention to those who might be considering. (I am moving to Dallas and recalled this experience here during one of my visits as I am browsing gyms and choosing a facility) The gym itself is 5 stars, but a nasty interaction with what seemed to be one of Paradigm’s personal trainers completely ruined the experience. After my workout, I took my shirt off to pose, and was confronted (again, quite rudely) by the trainer demanding me to put my shirt back on. His tone was far from polite, and I’m sure if the owner rolled back the tapes, he/she might be quite surprised by how close he felt his face had to be to mine to make his demand. There are no signs anywhere in the facility that say you are not allowed to take your shirt off, yet if you do so you will be demanded rudely to put it back on (for no obvious reason, given a shirtless man that is wearing deodorant I might add, has never harmed anybody) So, if you are male immersed fully in the bodybuilding experience and you enjoy engaging in every aspect that comes with it (including posing), do not come here. If you prefer a sterilized environment that is anti-masculinity and won’t allow you to pose, this place is likely for you. It’s a shame as the gym has a beautiful aesthetic, great equipment, and everything else was nice otherwise. My review is not unreasonable; I am telling you honestly that the gym itself is nice, but the principles whereby they operate (or the trainer enforces potentially falsely, for all I know) are not.

Excellent gym with a great staff and a really relaxed and chill vibe. All of the equipment is in great condition and you can get all of your strength training needs met with ease. Also the amenities are wonderful! Overall a great place to have a workout, highly recommended
