We’ve used Plumber's Direct a few times already in the past: to fix a clog in our kitchen drain, replacing a leaky faucet in the kitchen, and most recently, a clog in the pipes from the laundry machine & replacing a leak in the laundry basin. Tenzin is always professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He's kind enough to explain everything he does when fixing your plumbing issues. Joyce, who manages appointments and accounting, is always courteous and helpful, especially when you have questions about specific items on your bill.
