When I walked in I was impressed with the center it self. Wow very comfortable, clean, and bright. Beautiful place to be. Then the staff each and every one there was so kind, loving and full of life. To me a dentist office is a clvery scary place but the staff made it so comfortable and not scary at all. The dentist ever was singing some. I loved it there. I will be back even with my son. Thank you for being fast and getting me in for my tooth that had been bothering me and took care of it.

If you are looking for a dentist that takes MCO for insurance and a dentist that is AMAZING, this is the place to go! I was sent to Ankeny Dental by FDCH back in June. I’m so glad they sent me there. This place is laid back, flexible with scheduling, and their staff is always so happy and joyful. They also have a dog that greets you when you walk in, he’s such a sweetheart. Dr. Santiago is considerate, stops periodically to make sure you are comfortable, talks to you during your exam, and let’s not forget that her fashion sense is adorable! I’ve had to be seen by them 4 times since June and today was my last appointment until next year. The staff all said how they have gotten use to seeing me and will miss me, but they are glad my teeth/heath are better. I’m so glad I now have a friendly and reliable dentist !

I just had my first appointment at Ankeny Dental Clinic, and wow, what an experience! The team was absolutely amazing. My hygienist was phenomenal- so friendly and super informative! She even went the extra mile to explain some procedures. Then there’s the dentist, she was incredibly sweet and quick, making me feel right at home. I loved how relaxed I felt, especially with the team laughing and singing along to the tunes playing in the office. Their energy was contagious! Overall, it felt like a big happy family, and I’m really looking forward to my next visit!

I haven’t been treated very well at most doctors or dental places due to my looks, I will now be going to this clinic for as long as I’m in the area, they were so helpful, sweet and explained everything as well as they can to a regular person like me. That took more steps to help me bc I was so nervous. I got my wisdom teeth out in about a half hour and was given a paper with the care info after just in case I didn’t remember what they had said before I left. Very helpful !! I love this place everyone was so polite and happy to help. They even called me the next day in case I had questions or concerns.
