On one of the worst days of my life it was comforting to have the professionalism of this team (I’m so sorry I don’t remember the tech’s name or the woman with her). It was clearly explained what was going to happen and made very clear if we had any questions or concerns they were there to help. I never felt rushed or pressured. I knew my kitty was in good hands. They discretely gave us time to mourn and brought a beautiful basket to lay our sweet girl into for transportation. We are awaiting the urn so I cannot speak to this side of their service yet. Thank you for making this terrible day a little bit easier. I can’t imagine this is an easy job but I am grateful for you and the compassionate service. I can tell you care about these sweet baby’s despite never meeting them before. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

They were exceptional. They took great care of my 13 year old diabetic cat. They came to my home twice a day to administer insulin, brush him and clean his litter box. It was the first time i left him for a few days since his diagnosis 1.5 years ago and i was super nervous. I will definitely be using them in future!!
