I went to buy a simple jubilee clip to plumb my washing machine in as I hadn’t plumbed one in before and after showing pictures they gave me the smallest clip possible. I went home and it didn’t fit and they have now said to me over the phone after I complained that they had given me the wrong size they told me that they do not sell larger jubilee clips. The fault was with my machine as it is not an English brand. It’s a Miele bought in England. So therefore I can’t plumb my machine in using them. Very patronising to a woman. Avoid!
