I am so grateful and satisfied with the work completed by Handyman Services. Three out of three jobs were completed in a timely manner and incredibly perfect! If you ever have an issue with an uninvited guest, squirrels, these are the guys to call. I had the access area repaired at least three times before Katie was assigned resulting in no more issues. A new front stairs were constructed for our second job! Not only are they perfect. The team at Handyman helped us lower the construction cost by offering a variety of designs that included the look and pricing that matched our budget. Also, rotting wood was replaced in the corner of our home that are close to the gutters. Love, Love, Love the work. Not only did they replace all the rotted wood they also matched and painted. After working with another company in Oak Park for some home repairs and minor renovations and being severely disappointed, Andy and his crew were a breath of fresh air. They communicate very well, and in a timely fashion, are very respectful of the home environment in which they are working, and really put the time and effort into details. Our house is over 100 years old, and so doesn’t have the most level of surfaces sometimes. They went above and beyond to make sure that all trims lined up as perfectly as they could. They are better than any other contractor we have worked with in Oak Park. Highly recommend. To top it off, Andy and his crew are just very nice humans.
